This series of filling machines is suitable for quantitative filling of liquids such as alcoholic beverages and beverages. It is the latest generation of advanced models independently developed by our company based on digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technologies. Adopting advanced real-time tracking and measurement technology, the liquid level inside the electronic valve is tracked and detected throughout the process, and is compensated and controlled in real-time by PLC.

The electronic valve and cylinder are designed as closed liquid flow channels, ensuring a smooth and gentle flow of liquid from the cylinder to the electronic valve and then to the bottle, without any convective impact of gas or liquid, thus avoiding the generation of bubbles. The filling nozzle is designed as a damping flow port, with reverse sealing to reduce the impact force of liquid flowing into the bottle, thereby reducing the generation of bubbles.

It realizes the filling method of normal pressure liquid inlet and negative pressure defoaming. The liquid filled into the bottle is the difference between the upper and lower liquid levels set according to the filling capacity requirements, eliminating the influence of liquid wall hanging, eliminating errors caused by liquid level fluctuations, and reducing sensitivity to filling time.

This filling machine has high filling accuracy, fast speed, no dripping or choking.

parameter adjustment

All parameters of this model can be adjusted on the touch screen.

◆ Bottle height adjustment: To replace bottles of different heights, simply press the bottle height adjustment button on the touch screen, enter the adjustment amount, and press OK. The adjustment mechanism is simple and reliable.

◆ Capacity adjustment: This filling machine can adjust the overall capacity and single valve capacity. When filling different capacities, you can press the capacity adjustment button on the touch screen and enter the capacity value.

When adjusting the speed, press the button on the touch screen to adjust it (the filling speed is related to factors such as liquid viscosity, foaming ability, temperature, and capacity).

Device Configuration

◆ Touch screen PLC、 Sensors, frequency converters, etc. are made of Mitsubishi imported parts or American imported technology products, while cylinders and solenoid valves are made of SMC products.

All parts in contact with liquids are made of stainless steel 304 or 316 material, and key components are precision cast with 304 stainless steel, processed and formed by CNC machining centers, and the outer surface is polished

The sealing components are made of original imported or imported silicone rubber precision molds, which fully comply with food hygiene requirements.
