working principle

The front conveyor belt continuously transports the bottles forward until the counting of bottles stops. The bottle pushing cylinder pushes the bottles into the lower part of the filling head, clamps the bottle mouth, and retracts the bottle pushing cylinder. The filling head control valve opens and starts filling. When the flow rate reaches the preset number, a command is issued to close the corresponding filling head. After all filling heads are closed, the bottles move forward under the drive of the rear conveyor belt. After a delay, the front conveyor runs and enters the next filling cycle.
