Product Introduction

This machine is suitable for bottle types with twisted aluminum anti-theft caps for sealing. (Replacement of machine head: can adapt to the sealing of ordinary plastic anti cover or pressure and screw cover)

The sealing blade is made of special materials and undergoes strict heat treatment, resulting in high strength, wear resistance, and long service life. The rolling head adopts a four-wheel balanced working principle, which is easy and convenient to adjust. The rolling pattern and edge protection are automatically completed in one go, with uniform texture, smooth appearance without wrinkles, good sealing effect, and high efficiency.

The quick structured bottle shifting star wheel, bottle guide plate, and bottle feeding screw can achieve quick insertion and replacement, which is convenient and simple. The bottle mouth is equipped with an automatic positioning device, avoiding many adverse effects such as bottle pouring, bottle jamming, and inaccurate bottle mouth positioning.

The center distance of the rolling head is just right, reducing the centrifugal force phenomenon during normal operation. The surface of the guide shaft sleeve is strengthened and closely matched with the roller bearing, reducing the working pulse and ensuring that the equipment operates smoothly and reliably even at high speeds without vibration impact.

Both the power system and the wheel shifting system are equipped with buffer overload protection devices, and the start-up is equipped with elastic elements for smooth and gentle absorption. When an accident occurs, the overload device immediately cuts off the power supply and the equipment automatically shuts down, ensuring the safety of both humans and machines.
