1、Corks are squashed to the desied diameter and then punched into bottles.the squashing force is uniformly applied around the corks,avoiding residua from the corks releasing to the bottles.
2、Automatic cork loading device is associated with the machines,and efficiency is then improved.
3、The middle pillar holding every individual cork capper is adjustable to fit the heighe (250mm-370mm)of bottles.
4、The diametr of corks is allowed to be from 20.5mm to 24mm, and the height of corks is allowed to be 35mm-44mm.
5、Clutch protection device is used with the automatic bottle loading device automatically give warning whenever unusual situations appear.
6、Photoelectric switches are used to detect bottles.no cords are provided if no bottles are detected.
7、Allowable diameter of bottles is from 60mm to 90mm
